A new management has taken over the former La Alpea Beach Resort in Nasugbu, Batangas and the resort is now named El Cacar Beach Resort. They now have lesser beach tables, in its place are “Kamalig Type” structures similar to those in Quezon resorts. They have 11 rooms thereof measuring 10 FT by 9 Ft and these rooms could be inter-connected by just opening the connecting doors .

The reconfigured resort facilities is now as follows:

  • Ten A/C rooms
  • One A/C nipa house
  • Eleven Kamalig Type rooms
  • Twenty-two beach tables
