Facing the South China Sea near Cape Santiago and Palo Bandera Pt., where inter-island and ocean-going vessels pass through, are the white sand beaches of Calatagan, Batangas. Kabayan Beach Resort (formerly Laplaya Beach Resort) opened in 1996. As with every other endeavor, Kabayan Beach Resort started small. In fact, it was initially just a rest house for the owners who wanted occasional breaks from the hustle and bustle in the metropolis. The serenity of being in the midst of clear blue waters and fine white sand never failed to rejuvenate them. Bohol Beach Club, Panglao Is., Bohol

The attraction of the Bohol Beach Club is its setting in a vast wooded area, far from the animation of Alona Beach and its particularly superb beach stretching over 4 km of white sand. It is the only resort in Panglao that has a really attractive beach, as the frontage of some resorts is often reduced to narrow strips of sand. The resort belongs to the Tambuli Resorts that also own the Tambuli Beach Club and Villa in Mactan, Cebu.

Coco Grove Beach Resort, Siquijor

Coco Grove Beach Resort is on the edge of a beach in a beautiful garden enclosed by a pebbled wall. The well maintained garden is full of coconut trees, bougainvillea, fragrant frangipani trees, philodendrons clinging to knotted tree trunks, ficus trees and hibiscus. Little store pathways lead to the different buildings.
