I stayed there a year or so ago. The customer service was lacking and the surrounding area was in a poor rundown state also, the dive equipment needed maintenence. We spent only two night there because the customer service sucks. We had to move to another resort because the owner was not pleasant at all. We stayed at this room, the same exact one shown in the picture above, and the door lock does not work. The lock button gets stuck. At one point we got locked out, I think it was 9 in the evening. We asked an extra key from the guard and he could not provide one. There was no customer service rep that we could talk to, the guard just told us that customer service rep will be coming in the morning and we had no choice. We had to sleep outside out room that night. That was the most horrible resort that I stayed so far. I wouldn’t dream of going back to this resort.
