The place is ok, the rooms are ok but unfortunately the food and service is so terrible.poor coordination among the staff. Very late ang check-in. Walang generator, late ang mga towels ,nawalan pa ng tubig. They have to clean electric fans sa Nipa Hut nila and poor maintenance sa common CR sa Adventure camp. They should improve their service especially ang serving sa food if they want customers/clients to comback or refer them to others . Grabe para kang nasa prison camp sa service ng food.Hope they will improve.

the plan has been cancelled last year but will need your new rates etc just in case for my new proposal.

We went their for team building, the accommodation is not good, they don’t have water supply during night time, the place is not the same you can see in the picture, they don’t have a shuttle to go to each of the location from the accommodations, to the pool, to the team bldg activities etc…you have to walk to your accommodation that far from the pool. it was a huge disappointment.

Just wanna share my Amansinaya experience =)
I went there with my boyfriend and sister just to have a different experience celebrating my birthday.
I really enjoy the place and If I were to grade it I will definitely give 9 out of 10 as a whole Amansinaya experience =)
here’s detailed grade for you to check also:
based on my experience….
WALL CLIMBING: 10- I was able to climb! yehey! though I guess the stones are bit small for others..
MUDSLIDE: 10- so enjoyable coz of the sliode is so long, exciting and dirty! but the way to go back is ohh so tiring but it adds thrill.
ZIPLINE: 8-coz its a bit short and low.less thrill as my sister told me.
PATIO FILIPINO FOOD:it tastes good and prices are just reasonable.
STAFFS: 10- definitely friendly and respectful =)
DISTANCE FROM MANILA:7- its so far when you take Batangas to Tanauan then Tanauan to Laurel to Amansinaya. I suggest you better take Tagaytay route then hire a motor cycle (scooter) to go there. its a little scary but totally fun and full of thrill.
SWIMMING POOLS:9-I really like the swimming pool at Patio Filipino bec. of its breath taking scenery. The other pool is really big and if you have kids they will definitely enjoy it plus the little play ground at the corner. there’s also a pool basketball that you can enjoy =)
TREKING: 9 – it will take 2 hours back and forth i rily enjoy it though its tiring. you’ll be amazed how God created it magnificently =)
CASA: can’t comment about it since we just had a day tour.
my Amansinaya Experience is really good! I recommend it for Family reunions and those adventure seekers =)

“Joker: Is it true that this place is a nightmare?”
Yes Joker! We went there last weekend and it was a disappointment. Nightmare! They ruined our summer.
The resort was fine, but for the staff? POOR SERVICE!
- they asked us in the morning what will be our lunch so that they can prepare it and ready after the trekking.
- after the trekking, we went to Patio Filipino for the lunch. and to my disappointment, our food is not yet ready. It took almost 1 and a half hours before they serve the food (worst! malamig na yung pagkain). We have the same situation on almost all of the guest. kung di ka pa magagalit and magescalate di pa darating yung food mo. at mali mali pa yung sineserve!
- for the cashier, not organized! ang bagal din ng service. nalipasan ka na nga ng gutom sa kakaantay ng pagkain, maiinis ka pa sa kakahintay para magbayad.
- para sa mga nagbabalak pumunta via commute, wag na kayo pumunta. walang service provided para makabalik ng tanauan. You will be forced na magarkilaa ng jeep pabalik ng tanauan and it costs P1200-1500.
To Amansinaya Staff, please address this concerns. For now, I cannot reccommend you guys for a holiday destination.
