Don’t go there. Way overpriced, especially the hotel. The rooms are very pricy, and yet very basic (no fridge, no cable TV, no internet, queen size bed rather than king, small and low quality towels, etc…) and the included breakfast at the Pancake House is limited to the very cheapest items on the menu. For much cheaper, you get much better at resorts in Subic Bay, Angeles City Mindoro or other provinces.

As far as the water park, the wave pool was not operational (which they of course failed to tell me when I called the day before). The minigolf was closed (overgrown with grass). The showers, changing rooms and “cottages” are substandard. The personnel is unhelpful and unfriendly, only there to make sure that you are charged all the extras and that you don’t steal their precious towels. Dining options are limited to the Pancake House, proudly advertising their giant burger which was, guess what, “out of stock, Sir”. For anything else, you have to take a jeepney back to town.

If you insist to go, make sure you take a room in one of the lodges in Baliwag, the closest being the Aries Lodge about 1km before you get to 8 waves (should be renamed 0 waves…)
